We are continuing to study sight words in class, and I was thinking of a way to let parents know which words to practice at home. I sometimes send home notes in the form of paper bracelets around my students wrists, and this led me to try making Sight Words Rings! Students create these sight word rings and wear them home. I've noticed them reading aloud to friends as well, and practicing when they are outside too!
You can also grab a pre-made set HERE
Does your class do brain breaks? We use GoNoodle collections, and recently discovered Just Dance. Assign each students a spot in the classroom so they don't get too wiggly, and then just click play and watch them dance along to all of the popular songs. Here are a few to try:
Just Dance: Happy
Just Dance: Let It Go

Just Dance: Shake It Off

We also love videos from The Learning Station. They particularly love "Ram Sam Sam" by The Learning Station - click to see it! Here we are singing along (more fun in the dark with Christmas lights.) Students simply move along with the students on the screen.

I grabbed your free frames this morning! They are so cute! Thanks for all the freebies!
